Really enjoyed this video with New Yorkers going back and forth on the new Knicks-Nets rivalry. My dislike for the Nets goes back to when the Knicks worked them in the first round of the playoffs back in 1994 (and don’t think I forgot about the “fugazi” series ten years later.)

Anyway, the video is a lot of fun. I agree with one thing in particular: if you want to jump ship and become a Nets fan, you have to do it now. And you can’t come back. You can’t change your mind in 2014-15 when the team is paying aged versions of Johnson, Lopez and Wallace more than $49 million (and that’s not the last year of their deals when they become expiring contracts - it’s the second to last). Also, in 2027 or whenever the Knicks finally win the championship, you cannot come to my house and weep with me and my family.
